Disappointing
For me, there weren't many recipes I felt like trying. Not enough recipes with easily obtained ingredients. There are too many recipe books out there that require a specific ingredient that you may not want to use regularly, that can only be bought in large quantities and which then inevitably run past their "use before" date.

I have tried several recipes from this book and every one has been delicious, one for me and in most cases some for the freezer. The recipes take longer than 30mins if you include the prep but worth it. I have recommended it to friends.

This is the first diet book we've bought that has such great real food recipies, you do actually lose weight if you stick to them and Count calories.
