A very informative book. Has lots of detail on Thai cuisine, explaining table etiquette, spice/herbs and their uses and how they are used to influence the dish. Every aspect of Thai cookery appears to be covered. I have only tried a couple of recipes so far but I'm amazed at how easy they were! Pai has a very methodical approach to her cooking which is evident in her videos.
