I haven't used the lens much so far but my test results have shown that it can produce beautifully sharp pictures over a long distance making it ideal for wildlife photography. It is one of the lightest 150-600mm telephoto lenses on the market at 2kg but is still rather heavy to hand hold, although with care good sharp photos can be achieved thanks to the image stabilisation. A robust tripod is needed for the best results. Because of this it is rather cumbersome to be taken abroad on holiday, so I'll probably only use it in the UK. With my other lenses it could easily take up my entire hand baggage allowance. I'm looking forward to making more use if it this summer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
