    This book tells you a lot about why your body reacts to certain foods the way it does, and how to break your unhealthy food habits. (I don't agree with all of the theories about fat consumption, but it's a good place to start) I lost 16 lbs after 3 children with this plan. Easy to continue doing even after the weight loss. Highly recommend! :)

  • Interesting Theory that Seems to Work

    I read it more for the theory behind it. It had me down as an Adrenal body type but it wasn't exactly friendly to my lactose sensitivities. I had to alter it a bit. It was right however in the kind of exercise recommended for me and the fact that I need to work on managing stress, and the suggestions have helped me get back on the path to a more healthy life. The guidelines in general were sensible. It wasn't exactly a diet, it was more of a way to change eating habits.
