Well written story that most of us could identify with in some way I'm sure.
Compelling characters sympathetically drawn. All the people in the story are the product of their own background and experiences so don't judge any of them too harshly. Really enjoyed how the narrative unfolded. Will definitely look out for Jenny's other books.

The opening chapters were well constructed but filled with a sense of doom so I was pleased with a complete change of direction in the next part. I haven’t finished it yet but certainly will - I have to in time for my book club’s Xmas Dinner meeting
