Bought this book after listening to the podcast of Flintoff, Savage and the Ping Pong guy(Mathew Sayed) and from the first few pages it’s a great read. Mathew Sayed has done a great job with this book and I highly recommend it. Anyone that hasn’t heard the podcast I recommend that as well.
