The most explanatory and authentic cookery book ever. Excellent choices of dishes & many great tips. A really wonderful read. As a potential diabetic this wonderful man and his cook book have enabled me to defer diabetes and really explore so many new ways of cooking wonderful tasty dishes. The very best value cookery book for scrumptious Mediterranean dishes. Highly recommended.
