So far so good
Started using the cd last Thursday night in the hope it would help settle our 9 year son. He was finding it a struggle to get to sleep and it had got to about 11.30pm before he was asleep. After trying various things I decided to give this cd a go. There is a warning on at the start about not using it the car or when you need to stay awake. CD runs about 35 mins. Works using emphasis on certain words with soft voices used and relaxing music. After 3 nights of using it our son has gone to sleep for about 9.30pm and hoping to get it to 9pm. Son said he prefers listening to the man reading the story as you can either a man or woman. Happy so far!!
