I am having great difficulty in putting this book down, I am well on my way with this series, and am pleased that I was able to get all books, in the series, all in very good condition. Huge disappointment
I loved the first two books in this series, but in this one she has got the structure all wrong. The suspects being three completely unrelated men means there are no relationships to keep the plot moving and the endless hours of dull surveillance make washing the dishes a more interesting prospect than catching up with Strike and Robin. So good I'll be reading it again
This was the first Strike novel I read, the first book I've read in decades I genuinely could not put down after reading the first five pages, and the reason I decided I needed to find and buy all the books (used, I'm not minted:) to go back to the beginning.
