Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking made easy
If you want to cook something a little different then this is the book for you. There are the usual sections for different courses so that you can plan a complete meal but, many of the recipes stand alone and are worth dipping in to. The photos provide a useful means to an end and recipes are easy to follow, even for the most amateur of cooks. Many of the ingredients can found amongst your normal stock in your cupboard (if you enjoy a variety of foods) and, those you don't have, can be easily sourced.
