Wish I’d had one of these years ago when I was decorating
I’m a former decorator, I had to stop because of health reasons, too much dust & I’m asthmatic. But that doesn’t mean I have stopped completely & I still decorate my own home & families. Recently my sister asked me to paint her hallway. Whilst browsing for other decorators tools I came across this paddle/whisk/paint stirrer. For 6 quid I thought why not? It arrived in time to make a start on the job, attached it to my driller/driver & put it in the pot. Within seconds the paint was a uniform colour & creamy consistency & thoroughly mixed. I haven’t been on the brush now for about 15 years & I can honestly say I wish I’d had one of these when I was working in the trade. Mixes ok but cleaning is difficult
I use it to mix clay to a consistency to be able to sieve it. The tool does the job ok but it is hard to clean because it has so many folds and nooks. The clay is very plastic and sticky so it is difficult to wash it off the tool; with plaster or paint it might be easier.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
