Worth the Extra.

Eyelets
Very easy to use but instructions are not that clear so I did have to work it out a bit. Have now used it to fix trailer cover. Bottom part is the bit with the lip and then the flat hoop goes over it and then you just put it on the metal ring and put the anvil through hole and bash hard all round. I have purchased this kit to enable me to make repairs to original items I own. The kit seems to be well made (shame its only available with 12 eyelets) I would have prefered a choice of various amounts of eyelets which could have been bought at the time of sale? Perhaps the manufacturers could give some thought to this anomoly? If you are looking for a kit to repair or make a small cover then I'd say this one is for you. Buy Quality first time around
I don't know how many times I need to learn this lesson but this was my third attempt to get a grommet repair kit. The first two times I bought 'cheaper' unnamed brands and ultimately paid the price as neither were any use at all. Had I gone straight for this, seemingly more expensive, Draper set in the first place, I would have saved myself a little bit of money and a lot of time. I tried cheaper versions from China which worked very poorly. This Draper version works perfectly and the eyelets are good quality.
