Good pictures but otherwise...
Nice little book with some very interesting photos. However the captions are written in a very parochial manner, almost as if the book is aimed specifically at locals or ex-dockyard workers. This is especially so for the latter part of the book with Rosyth’s more recent history. If you can get the book at a good price it’s not bad value but it’s certainly not worth the £14.99 cover price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

lightweight book with a very limited scope.
Was looking forward to a good read all about the Ships and men I served on and with when stationed at Rosyth naval dockyard, but in all honestly this book in my opinion is not for the naval enthusiast but more for the civilian employees of the yard not for ex service men.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
