Again impressed by HTC
I had the M8 before and was really happy about It but It became a bit slow, so I went for this one. This is a pure joy, very fast, efficient camera, long battery life and the fast charge is awesome! Fiddled
It came with a built in hack. I have had trouble setting up my sim card and found it discharges the battery overnight after a full charge!. despite being switched off!!. I am trying to get my original HTC fixed, at least it worked. Have wasted my money? .Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Love my new HTC/ M10 phone

HTC 10 is slim & fast

Phone is good, service could be better
Hi I bought this phone because HTC seem to be one of the only manufacturers who integrate SD memory into internal memory in Android 6.0. It does this very well, and everything else seems to work better than my old Sony Z3. The phone was a second from Currys PC World. I thought the price of £429 was a little high for a used product, but it does come with a 12 month guarantee, and it is possible to insure the phone because it comes from a recognisable buyer. The only fault on the phone is the SIM card ejector did not work, but it was possible to eventually insert the SIM into the phone using a small pin. The most annoying part was that Currys lost the package and then found it again, which meant it arrived a day late - another day I had to stay in for. They did refund the express postage I paid. So overall I felt I have done well with a used phone that is almost as good as new, but the service could have been a bit better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Took longer than expected to arrive but that wasn't a problem. The charger cable supplied didn't fit. It was micro USB but the phone needs a c style. All sorted now with adapter. Best phone in a good while.
This has been my favourite phone since my old Sony Walkman days. Had HTC M7, M8, and M9, but this truly is amazing and puts the rest to shame. Battery goes down slow, and charges fast. Great solid phone
I only buy second-hand phones, so I can't compare to the latest models. Saying that I don't know what more I would want from a phone, it is significantly faster than my old M8 to the extent that it is fast enough, and I am a bit of a power user even though I don't have the latest kit. The battery life is much better too. I link the phone to my Wahoo cycle computer when I am riding, and my old phone would die after about 8 hours because of the extra demand of the bluetooth and communication with the Wahooo servers, but this one looks as if will outlast the cycle computer at over 12 hours. Misleading advert
Phone was advertised as having a small fault of camera not launching but problems with the phone are more than that. The phone is a refurbished unit whose screen has been changed. Screen was badly installed and touchscreen unresponsive at times. All these other faults were not mentioned in the ad. It's a very poor value for money.
