Collagen
I'm a 56 year old male, 6' 2" and weighed 293 lbs. I decided to make a determined effort to loose my excess weight, but didn't want to be left with the excess skin. I'd read about collagen and decided to try it.
My diet was extreme, intermittent fasting, 16 or 18 hours a day then only 800 calories, no dairy, no starchy carbs, a maximum of 50 grams of carbs a day and 7.5 LTRs of water a day
Now this kind of dieting is not for everyone, but, it worked for me, I've lost 114 lbs in a little under 10 months
I only got in the collagen 3 months ago when my skin started to sag, the doesage being 10 grams in water daily. The effects have been remarkable. The skin on my entire body has visibly contracted, certain parts of the body better than others. Don't get me wrong, this stuff will not give you the taut, lithe body of a teenager, but, if it works for you as it did for me, there will be a marked improvement. My face and neck have responded so well that I look 10 years younger, I do have loose skin on my stomach, arm and thighs, but far less than when I lost less weight some 8 years ago
I've got no vested interest in who ever makes, sells or profits from this stuff and therefore I don't care whether you buy this stuff or not
It's marketed as virtually odourless and taste less, well that's wrong! It's foul, I loathe the stuff, imagine drinking liquid bone marrow and your about right
I've just bought another kilo of the stuff, I believe it works, it's up to you if you want to find out for your self
