  • Unputdownable!

Having been a fan of the Fall since the early 80's, it's taken far too long for me to get hold of this. For me, this is the definitive account of the band's most creative period, from the viewpoint of the most reliable observer (I bought 'Renegade' some years ago and while it's very funny, MES has a questionable view of events!), the mighty Steven Hanley. Genuinely haven't been able to put this down and yes, as Marc Riley says in the blurb, it doesn't matter if you like the Fall, or even music; this is compelling reading.
