if you have read one you have read em all
I ve had anxiety - terrible anxiety for 15 years - I ve read countless books - this is nothing new. I think all the rave reviews must be fake. I was so disappointed in this book it made me really depressed - I had been told by a shrink it was a miracle cure - its not. Maybe if your anxiety has just started - go for it - the advice for nervous drivers didnt once mention joining the motorwey which is what we are most anxious of!! it barely explained breathing techniques - if you already have a read a book on anxiety there is no need to buy another one - especially at this high price - just buy an old classic 2nd hand for a quarter of the price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
