For this prise they're great
When I saw them on eBay I bought several boxes of these at once. They are worse than the official life-size replica I have, but they are very good for their price. The lid doesn't open as easily and it doesn't make an opening sound. Less sounds, the round stuff doesn't move. The book inside is very cute, the pictures bright. Star Trek communicator replica
This is a very "realistic" replica with opening grille and two sound effects. It doesn't do the incoming call "Beep Beep" though. If I were 4' 6" tall I would say this is perfect. However I am 6' tall and this 3/4 scale replica falls short of what I hoped it would be; useless as a prop but still a very nice object to have. Why isn't it advertised as 3/4 scale?
