Excellent dictionary.
Hi, this is an excellent dictionary for children in upper primary and lower secondary school. It has firstly, far more words than most dictionaries for that age group, illustrations to break up the pages (dictionaries are so dull) and the explanations are in child speak. This is a magical, entertaining, PHIZZ WHIZZING dictionary! It has 'normal' words with synonyms as well as Dahl words. My son is already using the Dahl nouns and adjectives in speech and in writing and I think this dictionary has the capacity to introduce some flamboyant words to the English language.
