Absolutely delighted with this witty, interesting book full of genuine, popular and easy Spanish recipes.It is a genuine delight in the way each recipe is presented.Love the design and layout.This will be in your kitchen a lot more than on your coffee table....!

If my husband likes the recepies, they must be good. He has complemented me on all the ones I have tried. the one he likes best is the pork loin stuffed with apricots and prunes. I would recommend this book to anyone. All the recipies are so easy. Can't wait to have my Spanish friends to dinner.
