Aliens (go against the grain!)
Super book on the making of one of action cinemas best ever sequels. Forget the folks moaning about ‘grainy’ pictures...what do they expect from pictures taken in 1986?! The quality here lies not in the ‘hi-def’ digital age, but in the quality evident in the many candid pictures from the set. Sure, you’ll possibly have seen some of them before, but I found that many of these terrific pictures were completely unknown to me (and I count myself as one of this films most passionate fans!) So many great moments are captured here. The bond between Sigourney a weaver and Carrie Henn on the set is one of this books many highlights. As a fan, I am always looking for behind the scenes pictures and information about my favourite films. This was a huge let down. Poor quality, dark images.
