First tv sent was damaged by the courier, he slipped in the van and the tv went flying out the back to hit the tarmac at high speed. The box was refused. The second tv came in a tatty box that looked to have been badly handled by the courier which I must admit I thought was just a re-delivery of the first set after a gap of four days or so. I was not impressed. There was a delay in setting it up of a week or so and I found the screws missing they had slipped out of a hole in the badly worn box in transit I guess. Finlux gave me a free tablet due to all the issues. The television now is great, lovely picture, great features and nothing really to complain about but their couriers seem poor to say the least. I choose this set because I wanted passive 3d and the LG models often have high input lag which makes gaming worse who are the main brand for passive 3D televisions. This Finlux has a LG panel but the rest of the tv is its own design I believe. If like me you can't get on with active 3D and enjoy games then Finlux is worth considering even with the Inspector Clouseau style courier. There is one issue that is annoying on the smart tv screen I have disabled twitter which I don't use but it seems to permanently stay as an option just below the reduced size main screen. You can either set it to the temperature widget or twitter widget and so I have it set to the temperature widget and can't remove twitter as an option. I'd like more flexibility how the smart screen is configured.
