Hassle free & superb quality 32" Smart TV
First of all, picture quality is superb, I'd say exceptional for a Smart HD TV at this price. Set up was frankly a cinch (with only the minor and expected bugbear of having to type in account passwords for 4oD and Netflix using a remote rather than a keyboard - at least you only have to do it the once). Even the instruction manual is simple and clear to follow. Colours appear clear and true and there's impressive clarity watching low light or dark scenes as well. Sound quality is very good without being 'knock your socks off' good. Again I'm more than impressed for a TV of this size and cost. All I would say is that menus and TV guide interface can be a little 'laggy' just after you turn it on. This to me is a standard problem and just the same as how anything CPU tends to behave (just think of when you turn a laptop on) and after less than a minute it's quick and responsive. All in all if you're not after a large screen and like me 32" will do fine, with Freeview HD and major streaming services set up hassle free, then this is a great telly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Lightweight and great looking TV!
Purchased this for my brother as he had an old 32 Inch Samsung 720p to 1080i upscale and the screen was starting to die on it. Delivery was easy and the weight of the TV really caught me off guard. The weight was lovely and made it easy the get upstairs with the need for a second helper. Opened the box, manual, back piece (for stand) and remote are all easily accessible and not dumped at the bottom of the box. Removed the polystyrene on top and inside was the TV with a protective sleeve and bottom piece of the stand to its left. Fixed the two pieces of the stand together with the screws, placed the tv on the bed and screwed it into the TV. In all it was a pleasant experience since the weight of the tv didn’t kill me. Setup was simple and the apps make it easier to access Netflix, NowTV, AmazonPrime and YouTube without the need for an external box; most only support one or the other in media apps so it helps a lot and avoids side loading. Picture is great, games look lovely on it and streaming is top notch. Seeing lately that most 32inches are harder to find especially the newer updated models 2016-2017. But for 250 this TV was a bargain, you can purchase a budget 4K for this price if you look around and get you foot into that upgrade, but this a great TV nonetheless.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Smart tv but not simple.
As a newcomer to Smart tv I find the on screen and emanual very difficult to follow and what should be a simple procedure, such as deleting a recorded programme, turns out to be a vortex of going round and round. The picture is good quality, sound is adequate for our small living room and the programmer control is relatively straightforward. Easy to assemble and quick start up the basic channel viewing is fine, whereas the internet connection and Smart tv is not yet proving accessible.
