Great value!
It arrived quickly, well packaged and included everything I needed. The stand came unattached but was simple enough to put together, it worked straight away when turned on, no long set up. There is a faint scratch on the screen which I didn't expect, maybe I was naive but I thought if there were any marks they would be on the surrounding not the actual screen, however it's not often visible when watching the tv. I have also found videos that show you how you may be able to remove marks or scractchsles like that if it does bother you or is that noticeable. Where my tv is positioned it sometimes has glare back and I have to close the curtains in order to watch comfortably. It's lightweight and a good design, very thin frame which I like. The remote is also very light ( which is a plus for me as I have arthritis and it really makes a difference) you can navigate to Netflix straight away and then the home screen which includes different apps, YouTube, BBC iplayer. The sound quality is ok. At first I could tell the difference between this and my old LG tv but I have seen people say with a soundbar the sound is much better. I don't notice it so much now but you have to turn the volume quite high to make much of a difference. I am yet to try the 3D feature but the UHD seems good. My living room isn't too big so I don't know how much difference it really makes but I could imagine in a larger room it would definitely be beneficial. All in all it's a great product for an even better price and I don't regret buying it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Almost perfect
This tv is great for the price I know it's a refurb but was a little disappointed when I noticed a crack on the top left hand corner of the casing but apart from that No issue. If you are buying this tv and expecting 3D glasses they do not come with the tv but my old Samsung glasses are compatible so that's a bonus.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Fantastic tv
Great TV , I can highly recommend it. The chances are that if your reading this then you are considering buying it ,just do it , you will thank your self later. It retails at about double the price at retail. Please note : No manual was included in mine, would of really helped as the stand is not straight forward to put together. Mild buzzing noise , this stopped when I put it in "game mode". Small scratch on the back of the tv, apart from this the tv is in pristine condition. Rubbish
