Volume level a bit difficult
This is the second time I have purchased this product or similar, that last one was faultless, I have a few teething problems with this model, volume being the main issue. It seems to be going quiet when I don't need it to. Love the fact I can have 2 phone connected at the same time. Brilliant for work
I was abit skeptical when it comes to the use of bluetooth devices due to bad reception or annoying cut-outs. However, Plantronics is the exact opposite. It is easy to use, can connect multiple phones, has a long life battery (atleast 11 hours talk time with 1 charge) and people can hear me perfectly. You can also listen to music from your phone (not too loud), nonetheless, music is not what it is meant for.
