Sleepless nights cure
I am genuinely prescribed these by one of my consultants, and the only reason I buy them is that the strength of the only NHS format is 2mg. It also entails a 70 mile round trip to see the consultant. I have low or in some cases no pituitary function, which includes melanoma toning. They help me fall asleep and go back to sleep if I get out of bed in the middle of the night. Members of my family take them very occasionally to get them out of the "tired but brain won't switch off" we all get occasionally. Without them I get three hours sleep max; with them I get 7 or 8.
