Fine for wild SWIMMERS... but not much use otherwise?
A lovely looking book: great photographs, colourful and seemingly well set out. Easy reading BUT not what I was hoping for...it deals with wild swimming places whereas I was hoping to use it to find hidden jewels that were easily accessible by car - rather than by strenuous exercise! The book is split into areas and gives interesting details about each region. For some strange reason the accompanying maps are almost useless as the print is so faint that place names are almost illegible. Very disappointing - unless you are a wild swimmer.
