This book is well set out and covers everything from basics up. It is especially good for Adults as the pieces are specifically aimed at them and not children as is the case in many starter piano lesson books. This is a very large but most useful, helpful and constructive book for beginner piano players, with well graded exercises and plenty of explanation and additional information. The choice of music to play is interesting, with a good mixture of "orchestralf music, specific piano pieces and some folk songs and other types of song (e.g. "pop").
