Its not a diet....... its a lifestyle change. For years I lived off processed foods, fizzy drink and junk food. Ive not only lost weight but feel much better, more awake and switched on. I miss certain flavours but juicing is a huge part of my life. So of the juices are the tastiest you could ever imagine.
