READ THIS REVIEW
So I purchased this about three months ago and it worked okay at first. BUT, the instructions were terrible and go to a different machine. A quick google search helped me set it up and start it. QUALITY? Aweful. Cheap. Made in China. I used it for my apparel business but it just broke after three months. I never leave reviews but felt I needed to warn other small business owners. After turning it to the right during use, it has completely stripped the screws that hold it to the base, making it unusable and unsafe. I have tried everything to keep it working, but it is done for. Waste of my money and a bad time to stop working as Christmas is less than a month away.

Awesome heat press and great temperature control!
Awesome heat press with premium quality, already coated with teflon sheet. I used it to make custom shirts, result is amazing and over my expectation. This machine is easy to set up and use! For first use, it may some stuck on the handle arm. It need to pull up and down several times. If not, lubricated with some grease on the arm, it will be more smooth. This mahcine heats up quickly and reach to 320F, only needs about one minutes. I reading ton of reviews good and bad before purchasing this one, a lot of people complain that the heat press can not heat properly, even can not over 150F. I have a laser temperature gun to check my press, pre-set two tempertures 320F and 360F, it can reach the temperture accurately and control it well through led control box. This press also can rotate 360 degree, when you put tee shirts on platform, you can swing away the heating plate to avoid burning. EASY TO USE
Super fast arrival, well packaged. Instructions were a bit weak but easy figured out. This is for standard sized coffee cups, it's not made for jumbo sized quart java vessels so make sure you know what you want to do with it. This was a great purchase! I really searched a long time before deciding on what type of heat press to get. This one came much faster than it was promised. I already used this press iron to make custom made shirts for about one month. It works great and saves me so much time! I have made over 200 times, each less than 1 minutes and all have come out great. It heats up really well. I would not have been able to complete my projects without it. Better than the ironing board and iron, that's for sure!
I was lugging my ironing board and iron downstairs every time I wanted to do a heat transfer vinyl project. I ordered this because I have a small space for it in the basement and it would take the guesswork out of ironing. It was easy to unbox and set-up. I didn't read instructions, it was pretty much assembled with the exception of the switchbox, and that was self-explanatory. I've done a couple athletic (stretchy) t-shirts and cotton t-shirts with both heat transfer vinyl and inkjet t-shirt transfers and it's exactly what I expected: takes the guesswork out of the transfer. It peels off no problem. There's a couple websites with recommendations of temp and time for specific materials, so I just follow those. So in short, this heat press does the job with less fuss, and the quality of the transfer looks much better as well.

Perfect for beginners

Great purchase!
After LOTS of research, I ended up purchasing this heat press. I'm just starting out and didn't want something outrageously priced. I have been using this press for the last couple of months and absolutely love it. It is very well made and very sturdy. I would suggest either putting felt pads or a towel underneath it while using it since it did scratch up my table, but nothing major.
