Good on cost but not Gastro resistant as label describes.
I am unable to take these as they leave quite an unpleasant minty taste that I repeat for some time after taking, on a couple of occasions have caused quite bad heartburn. They are described on the label as being gastro resistant which for what I just described obviously can not be, in fact they are just a soft gel capsule which seems to dissolve before it even hits the stomach let alone pass through to where it needs to dissolve. Similar products I have taken have had a hard shell that when taken I have had no problems whatsoever. As for the effectiveness of the product, I can not comment because I have not been able to persist with them. I have followed the instructions properly when taking.
