I have size 14 feet. Pedals are way to short for my feet and the way they angle. I don't use clip in pedals. I use platform pedals. These extenders move my feet out enough that I don't hit my ankle bones on the crank arms and it keeps my heels off the rear forks of the frame. 30mm, one inch and a quarter, puts my feet out enough to make bicycling comfortable. This product came from England in a very short time, was as advertised, has been in service several months now with no problems or issues. A good high quality product sold by a fast reputable firm.

Very solid design and solved the problem of my heel rub on crank and chain stays. I bought two pairs for my road and commuting bikes just to standardize the wider stance. I actually got the 20mm size of spacer, but moved the cleats on my shoes to effectively increase the spacing by less than 15 mm. First ride felt odd, but comfortable, and I was acclimatized by the second ride. If you have extensive heel rub on your frame/cranks these are a great solid solution.

This is very good quality product for a low price. Most of the people do not need them, but for the few who do, these are totally Indispensable. They saved my knees and cycling experience; I always buy new set for a new bike.

These are far better than the steel ones as the slot for the spanner to tighten them is at the pedal end and not the crank end so there’s no scratching to the crank arms when fitting, also the steel ones I bought rusted after a few weeks as these are painted this won’t be a problem. A+
