I have been using this product continuously for about 3 years. It takes a few months to show improvement but then regrowth begins. I waited too long before using it and regrowth is obvious but limited. I will never have all my hair back but the almost bald spots have filled in nicely. It is expensive to use but after the first few months I started to use it once a day instead of the recommended twice a day and improvement has continued anyway. It leaves the hair feeling a little greasy so you may have to wash your hair a little bit more often than previously.
