It's changed but still tasty.
Remember this from the 70s when these sort of things were all new and all the rage. Picked it up now and again over the years when spotted in supermarkets , it was a tasty change and a trip down memory lane. Having not seen it for a while decided to look on line to find it and was able to place an order. The recipe has changed, the sauce does not seem to have the same taste, something has either been changed or left out, whilst the crispy noodles are not the same. They were always one of the best bits, bit like quavers but now are disappointing., Vesta describe them as "new crispy curls" which are lentil curls rather than the original crispy noodles. Quite why Vesta decided that this dish needed fixing when it wasn't broke is any bodies guess, possibly comes down to cash like everything else. Don't be put off by these somewhat negative comments, try it if you want to partly recapture those magic 70s halcyon days with a trip down memory lane.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great apart from the new noodles
Just as I remember except for the Noodles , they are now horrible hard tasteless lumps. I binned the noodles and used quavers, which was way better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
