An excellent guide book in virtually every way. Good detail, excellent descriptions and ideas for exploring many areas and aspects of this large and very beautiful country. Good honest insight
Admittedly not been to Romania yet so can't really comment on the accuracy of the info. I've used Rough Guides before though for SE Asia though and that was more than adequate. Info is from 2016, but this was cheaper than the Lonely Planet 2017 edition. Good selection of accommodation, eateries and sights, with handy maps available. I know you can find most of this online nowadays, but there's something reassuring about having a reliable hard copy of a good travel guide like this to hand.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
