I received the Irish Moss very quickly. When I opened the package there was a strong smell that I wasn't use to, it was the smell of the sea. I wasn't going to allow the smell to put me off. My body was in need of these vital nutrients. I also received information about the benefits of Irish Moss, how to make Irish Moss Gel and also suggestions about how to use it. A free complimentary sample of cinnamon leaves was also sent. I followed the instructions to make the Irish Moss Gel and it came out perfect! Not quite good enough seamoss
A healthy looking seamoss in your hand, but the smell is not there.I have family that picks it straight from the ocean so I'm quite familiar with the smell. It has absolutely no natural smell and seems to be sprinkled with table salt. It also seems to be washed in chemicals as it smells like bleach or some cleaning agent.
