In 2015, James Titcombe was awarded the OBE for services to patient safety. James now works full-time campaigning for meaningful improvements in the safety of maternity services in the UK.

Compelling read
I couldn’t put this book down. James Titcombe!s tenacity in getting to the truth about the cover up regarding his son’s death is incredible. A powerful book which everybody with an interest in the NHS should read.
