The book feels like it's aimed at men like me who've never really got around to learning how to feed themselves other than beans on toast, egg butties etc. This book is filled with recipes that are simple to follow and will always give good results (If you follow the simple instructions). It's also written with just enough humour to make you smile but not in a patronising way.
