I am so pleased with product that I highly recommend you try this product for yourself and I am possitive that you won't be sorry. The wire mesh can be used on it's own or with the tray provided. Both compliment each other and I am finding lots of useful ways to use them. I made homemade burgers from scratch for my family and baked them in the oven, using this product. All the fat drained through the mesh and onto the tray beneath; leaving a clean oven and healthy burgers to eat. I have even used the mesh tray to drain my washed grapes! Thumbs up to the maker of this product, I am so lucky to own one. Thank you.
