Excellent roof proofer
It is very easy to apply used a large paint brush but for larger areas a soft broom works well and causes less bending. It must not be applied if rain is immanent at least 6 hours to dry , better in warmer weather. Then produces a a good firm waterproof coating. i love this stuff! i use it for painting my wooden gutters and cast iron drainpipes. it looks well and it lasts loads longer than ordinary exterior paint.
