Malossi offers very convincing and mature tuning parts. The aramid insert in this V-belt, however, leads to slipping of the belt, particularly in the approach phase, where the gear ratio is still very small and accordingly a great deal of force is exerted on the rear transducer. The installation of a harder counter-pressure spring and tuning of the variator is almost unavoidable. However very durable and tearproof, which is very important with strongly tuned engines.
