This book is a softback but no photos which is a bit of a let down. But the recipes are very easy and clear and some great soup ideas. No additional information such as calories, fat, carb etc content, but the ingredients in the soups are healthy, with options to add butter, creme fraiche or cream. It has 100 easy to read, easy to make recepies and we have made lots of soups from the book, all delicious. I have not awarded 5 stars simply because it is in black and white with no pictures.
