Great quality sharper throttle response seems to hold boost better. Comes with screws to increase boost in stages so will try them out in time .Comes with instructions easy to follow. Fitted it the way the instructions recommend which is opposite to the factory fitted one.more logical to the way the factory fitted is fitted. Run this for two weeks really improved the drive .update fitted the 10 millimetre screw to valve skipped the 8mm screw pulls really well engine seems smoother will update soon.update .holds boost really well. in gear acceleration greatly improved .driven normally the mpg seems slightly better getting between 39 to 42 mpg.

Fit this to my 1.8t bam along with an 80mm Tip and the performance is incredible the DV makes all the difference, sharper throttle response and a lot less turbo lag after gear change . Awesome product

So your looking at buying this diverter valve? scanning reviews...is it worth it is it worth it? Well im a tuner I have a tuning company and this was purchased for one of my own projects. All I'll say is look forward to this coming in the mail like you looked forward to santa coming on christmas eve as a kid. The sound difference when you let off, the extra power you get from it as it holds boost better is a no brainer buy for anyone looking for big power. I didnt even know the diverter on mine was no good until I fitted this and took it out. Love it and ive recommended it to all my friends and everyone else who owns a 1.8T tuned. Best £140.00 ive spent on the engine so far!

does what it says on the tin
Before i fitted this diverter valve i got a feel for my car and the feeling of the boost on a little drive. Once fitted I really noticed the difference, boost feels a little stronger and more consistant. The drive feels so much better now and i am glad i got one. This is NOT a dump valve and will not make that noise when boost is dumped. This is a direct uprated replacement part which is capable of handling the standard setup of a car plus a bit more. I fitted this the standard way, some people suggest turning the valve around so the out is going to the in and the in is going to the out pipes, I did not do this.
