Dylon dyes
I bought 3 of these dyes as I wanted to dye some garden cushion covers, as mine were a bit faded, I used them separately on different covers and followed instructions, one dye used on an already green in colour but faded cover and they just came out untouched, then I tried one on my cream covers to make them go green but it wasn’t enough dye as they came out looking a faded green, used the 3rd dye on 2 small other bench style covers and that didn’t make a difference either, was so disappointed, and especially after having paid a lot of money for the dyes in the first place, I don’t think I used them wrong but I won’t buy them again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not so good on poly cotton mix.
Color uptake amazing on cottons. Didnt touch my green polyester mix nurses tops. Wanted to dye the off white trim green as gone slightly dirty white. Disaster as just went a hint of dirty green. Possibly there wasn't enough cotton in the mix? Instructions did say it wouldn't dye polyester but mixed fabric would come out a lighter shade. Bath matt was dirty white. Washing the items again after and then putting on empty wash to clean machine more work than I thought. If it had dyed my nursing tunics it would have been good value for money as wouldn't need to buy 3 more!

Easy and fun!
Easy to use and gets great results! I've dyed lots of clothes to different colours with these. Freshen up old clothes or don't worry about colour when shopping second hand. Just make sure it's natural fibres and you're good to go!

Yes I recommend Dylon dyes I’ve used navy, Forrest green , and grey. I I have got an item of clothing or throws and the colour is fading instead of throwing it out then I would dye the same colour or if I want a change of colour it is so easy in the washing machine. Did not work.
I put two fleece tops in to be dyed. They came out exactly as they went in and i followed the instructions. I have used Dylon way back when it was in liquid form and had no problems it simply did not touch the fabrics this time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
