Stops the tickle in the throat.
I have a history of coughing up blood from a weakness of blood vessels in the lung, so at pains to quell coughs caused by a tickle in the throat. Vapo drops do a good job of quelling the tickle, ergo I don't cough so much, so don't get to cough up blood as much. Always carry some with me to use immediately so I haven't been hospitalised recently (fingers crossed!)
