This did, rather surprisingly seem to have an effect. I'm recording and analysing my snoring through an app, and the results were positive .. a reduction in epic and loud level snoring. The main problem is that the device falls out very easily. I haven't made it through the night with it remaining in place. How do you know if you are not snoring?
The wife will tell you! I suffer from a blocked nose, it swells up inside when I sleep, this makes me breathe through my mouth. I also suffer from a lack of saliva, often waking up coughing because of a dry throat. Hey presto!
