Would have been better if it worked
The converter is supposed to allow switching between sending a signal from an antenna and a signal from a video source such as a DVR to a TV without a video input. The unit I received is defective. When the DVR is switched on, the signal from it is sent to the TV. But with the DVR off, the signal from the antenna does not get to the TV.
