Exactly what I expected
This light box is a great size for me. The surface is large enough for all my needs and the height above the table is good. The surface is bright enough to show most details through 300 gsm watercolour paper and strong enough to rest on without worry. The power cord is long enough for my set up and the on/off switch is reachable without getting up from my chair. I'm always careful not to pull or twist the cord where it is attached to the board as this connection does look a little vulnerable. LED Light Board
Absolutely superb portable light board. (easy to transport in a folio too) I use this for my professional Comic book work and it is an essential piece of kit. I have the A4, A3 and A2 sizes for different jobs. The A4 and A3 are both great to take to show to do commissions back at the hotel. Superb and very strong light quality, and these don't heat up, so they are very comfortable to draw on, unlike old conventional light boards.. Slim, bright lightbox with improved wiring!
Super thin, clean white bright light. My original lightbox (pretty much the same as this one) eventually had to be replaced... the wires rubbed against the sharp edge which my husband fixed a few times, Really happy to see this model has been improved this area so I'm hoping this one will last a lot longer. General overview
The light emitted is prctically constant throughout the top lense. It is more than adequate for most projects that require to be back lit. The power cable however is quite short this could prove quite limiting if not close to a power source.
