GRAPH TECH what else is there to say!
I use graph tech nuts saddles and pins as much as possible on all my custom builds. A good setup and support system for your strings is as important as the wood and neck of your guitar. The strings must be able to vibrate with little resistance and without a mechanical part Causing dead spots to get optimal sustain and ring. Graph Tech builds several different product lines for all guitars from acoustic to electronic and many different models for each. Choosing the right one for the tonal characteristics you are going for is just as important as Making the right choice on your strings. Graph Tech helps to reduce string breakage using material to reduce this friction at contact points this helps reduce breakage and increase optimal string vibration resulting in a better sounding better playing Guitar. I am not endorsed by Graph Tech in anyway I just know what I use and what has worked the best on all my builds. These are OK. I had some mfg issues with one of the saddles. Not enough to complain to the company about but I was not overly thrilled with the product. I expected a heavy metal saddle covered with the graphtech material. I should have researched more. Just great saddles
These saddles are just great. Graph Tech saddles and nuts make my guitars stay in tune much better, makes the guitar sound "smoother", lets the "Twang" and sustain remain, and I haven't broken any strings in years since I started using these saddles. I was hesitating buying these thinking that 40 bucks is a lot for saddles , I went ahead and plunged in and bought the saddle and the nut for my new mim strat , I am in love with the way they sound play and feels so much better on your palm when you palm mute . No more broken strings
They look great, and I no longer break strings on the high E. Do they suck out the tone? maybe, but I cant tell. All I know is that they work like intended and the are very smooth saddles. is it worth the price? Perfect saddles
These went on an old Ibanez guitar that Needed a little TLC. They look great and I don’t notice any sound drain from the material they are made from. Haven’t had them long enough to tell you if the string breakage problem is solved with these, but I would bet they’re better than the stock saddles in that regard.
