Would not recommend for the inexperienced! Can cause intense heat for the first few mins of the sunbed. Then warms to a nice tolerant heat. Smells lovely read reviews that it smells like deep heat, it doesn’t! Nice tropically smell! Would recommend for experienced tanners. White cream, thickness of the cream is great! Applies lovely.
